HOW
How allwhere Manages Apple Repairs
Once an Apple device is received and a repair order is placed:
| • | We check warranty eligibility using tools approved by Apple, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). |
| • | If the device is covered, we open and manage the warranty claim directly with Apple. |
| • | If a repair is needed, we route the device to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. |
| • | If the device isn't covered, we generate a repair quote for your approval. |
allwhere manages this process end-to-end to make sure repairs follow Apple's requirements, and the
device is returned to inventory once everything's complete.
