eWaste Handling Process
Equipment processed through allwhere follows a hierarchy designed to maximize reuse and minimize
landfill impact, in line with the circular economy principles in our ESG framework.

Secure collection & chain of custody
Equipment is collected, logged by serial number, and tracked through every stage of the process.

Certified data sanitization
All data-bearing devices are wiped to NIST 800-88 standards or, where required, physically destroyed (shredded) with a Certificate of Destruction issued.

Component harvesting
Devices are disassembled and viable components are recovered for reuse in the recycling stream.

Responsible recycling
Remaining materials (metals, plastics, glass, circuit boards) are separated and processed through downstream recyclers that are also vetted and certified.

Zero-landfill commitment
Our recycling partners maintain a zero-landfill policy for processed electronics. No equipment is exported to non-OECD countries for informal processing.
