Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Card — All major credit cards are accepted via our encrypted Gaviti payment portal. A 3% transaction fee is applied to all credit card payments.
ACH / Wire Transfer — allwhere banking information is included on our invoices for any form of bank transfer.
allwhere-Initiated Payments
Via Credit Card — You can opt into Autopay CC where allwhere will charge your preferred card. Complete the billing form to upload the card information to an encrypted allwhere database. Note that a 3% processing fee will be added to the total of each invoice.
Via ACH — You can opt into Autopay ACH where allwhere will process a direct debit to your preferred bank account. Complete the billing form to upload the account information to a secure allwhere database. Note that transactions may require additional approval from an authorized admin of your bank account. There are no transaction fees associated with this payment method.
Payment Terms
Due Upon Receipt: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Prepay CC / ACH: An allwhere-initiated payment where we use the payment information provided in your Billing Form to automatically collect payment upon invoice generation. Payments are processed 1–2 business days after the invoice has been generated, and receipts are sent to the email(s) provided on the billing form.
Net Terms: Reach out to your sales team and/or billing@allwhere.co to receive a credit application. For further information on how to apply for net terms, refer to our Customer Setup & Billing article.
Secure Payment Portal
allwhere uses Gaviti as its billing portal. Billing contacts can log in directly to the Gaviti portal to view and pay outstanding invoices. The portal supports payment of one or multiple invoices at once via ACH or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. ACH payments require a microdeposit verification for each transaction. Credit card transactions include a 3% processing fee.
Emailed Payment Links
Invoices sent via email include encrypted payment links via Gaviti that will allow for easy payment processing via ACH or credit card. ACH payments require a microdeposit verification for each transaction. Credit card transactions include a 3% processing fee.
