Retrievals

Inventory ID Description
BULKRETR Retrieval of five or more assets going to allwhere storage or a ship to allwhere order
DROPRETR Retrieval for asset(s) going to a non-allwhere final destination in the US or Canada only
RETRIEVAL Retrieval for asset(s) going to an allwhere storage depot

Procurement

Inventory ID Description
PRODEPOT Procurement to an allwhere storage depot
PRORECIP Procurement directly to a non-allwhere location

Deployments

Inventory ID Description
DEPLOYMENT Outbound shipment from allwhere storage depot

Additional Services

Inventory ID Description
PROCESS Specific request to unlock and wipe an asset
INSURANCE Shipping insurance for any deployment or retrieval order
RECYCLE Recycle of an asset
REPAIR Repair of an asset
RESELL Resale of asset (for additional information please view our Invoice Credits & Applications article)
SERVICEFEE allwhere's service fee
CC FEE Passed through credit card fee
STORAGE Storage of any asset at an allwhere depot
EXPIREDPRI Charge for an order that has expired due to an incompleted order form (30 day expiration)
RCTOVERAGE Charge for an asset that was added to a retrieval box that was not part of the initial order
RESTOCKFEE Charge for an asset that was restocked
HRDWRHASH Charge for a requested CSV hardware hash file
DIAGNOSTIC Diagnostic charge for an asset slated to be repaired
LATE FEE Late Fee for unpaid invoice(s)
COE Charge for a requested Certificate of Erasure of an asset
E-WASTE Surcharge for specialty recycling
HANDLING Device handling for an asset

Shipping

Inventory ID Description
2DAY Expedited 2-day shipping of an order
OVERNIGHT Expedited Overnight shipping of an order
ADDRESCHNG Charge for requested change of an address after an order has already gone into fulfillment
SCHDPICKUP Charge for a request to schedule a pickup of a shipped order
INTL Passed through international shipping
INT'L FEES Passed through international fees (not related to shipping)
SHIPPING Passed through vendor shipping
CROSSBORDR Charge for an order that leaves allwhere's US storage depot to another country
RTRNLABEL Charge for a return shipping label to a vendor for procurement orders
