Invoicing Cadence
Service Invoices: Service invoices are generated and emailed weekly from billing@allwhere.co. Invoice(s) may contain more than one sales order depending on service completion.
Procurement Invoices: Sales orders for procurement and kit orders are invoiced daily based upon vendor shipment.
Storage Invoices: Storage invoices are sent monthly from billing@allwhere.co at the beginning of the following month. Storage is incurred when a device is physically in an allwhere warehouse at any point during the month.
Late Fee Invoices: allwhere reserves the right to apply a 1.5% late fee on any past due invoice. For more information on how late fees are applied, please refer to our Late Fees & Collections article.
Service Invoice Contents
Each service invoice includes the following information:
- Order Number — corresponds to the order number on the allwhere Platform (e.g., 1234-1-ACME)
- Services Rendered — including quantity, unit price, and discounts (if applicable)
- Recipient Name (if applicable)
- Asset Number (if applicable)
- Serial Number (if applicable)
- Product Title (if applicable)
- Payment Terms & Payment Due Date
- Payments and/or credits previously applied
- allwhere entity specific banking information and currency
Storage Invoice Contents
Each storage invoice includes the following information:
- Quantity and type of devices stored
- Asset Numbers and Serial Numbers for the first 25 devices
- Additional details are available by request
- Payment Terms & Payment Due Date
- Payments and/or credits previously applied
- allwhere entity specific banking information and currency
Service Fee
allwhere charges a 4% service fee on all provided services.
Sales Tax
Sales tax may vary depending on the type of service and the ship-to location's county or municipality. Allwhere is currently collecting sales tax in the following states:
Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), Maryland (MD), Minnesota (MN), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA), Texas (TX), Utah (UT), and Virginia (VA).
