Drop Retrieval
Available for US and Canada customers. Instead of routing the retrieved
device back to an allwhere depot, it can be shipped directly to an
alternate destination of your choice — such as your office.

Ship to allwhere
Send devices directly to our depot using your own shipping arrangements. Your device will undergo unlocking (if applicable), data erasure, OS reinstallation, inspection, and specification cataloging. Once processed, your device will be ready for deployment.

Process
You can provide multiple types of unlock codes for a single device (Activation Keys, BIOS Passwords, Recovery Codes, MDM PINs, etc.). We attempt to unlock using all codes you provide — you're charged one fee regardless of how many codes you submit.

Repair
Extend the life of your IT assets with professional repair services. We'll assess your device and check all applicable warranties. If the repair is covered under warranty, we'll handle it right away — you'll only pay the diagnostic fee. For out-of-warranty repairs, we'll provide a full quote including parts and labor for your approval before any work begins.

Resell
Resell your decommissioned devices and receive account credit. Submit a resale request and we'll provide an initial quote for your approval. After hardware evaluation, if the final quote is within 10% of the approved initial quote, it is automatically approved. Otherwise, you'll receive a revised final quote to review before proceeding. Once the resale is completed, you'll receive credit to your allwhere account.
Recycle
Recycle devices securely, with a Certificate of Destruction provided.

Storage
Secure storage for new and used IT assets in our global facilities. Pricing varies by device type, is billed monthly, and is listed per month below. Storage charges apply once equipment is received and processed into inventory.

Service Add-Ons
Certificate of Erasure (COE)
Provides official documentation certifying that all data has been securely erased from the device according to industry standards. This can be requested for devices currently stored with allwhere.
Device Enrollment
Enrollment services for devices procured through allwhere. For more information, see Procurement.
CSV Hash Extraction
For non-Apple devices, a hardware hash is extracted and sent to your
organization for manual enrollment.

Address Revision
Allows you to reroute an order to a different address after initial fulfillment has been processed. Pass-through cost from carrier will apply.

Exception Fees
Device Overage
Charged when more devices arrive at our depot than were requested on the order. This fee applies per additional device retrieved that was not requested on the order.

¹ Foreign Currency Exchange
All pricing is quoted in USD. Where services are delivered in
markets
requiring local currency transactions, quoted rates reflect exchange
conditions at the time of pricing. allwhere reserves the right
to
pass through any incremental costs arising from material currency
fluctuations beyond those reflected in the original quote.
² Remote & Extended Area Delivery
Delivery pricing is based on standard serviceable destinations
within
each region. For addresses classified as remote or extended-area
by our carrier networks, additional last-mile surcharges may
apply.
allwhere reserves the right to pass through any additional costs
to complete a successful order in these locations.
³ Cross-Border & Extended Logistics Charges
International cross-border and non-contiguous U.S. shipments may be subject to additional charges including
import duties, tariffs, customs fees, VAT, GST, or logistics surcharges that vary by
destination
and order type. In cases where such charges are not fully
captured at the time of order, allwhere reserves the right to
invoice
for any unrecovered costs after fulfillment.
⁴ Extraordinary Cost Events
If significant external cost increases occur due to supply chain
disruptions, fuel volatility, geopolitical events, natural disasters,
or similar factors outside of allwhere's control, allwhere may
apply
a temporary surcharge or pass through associated costs with reasonable
notice.
