Step 2: Package your equipment
1. Open the box and fold back the cardboard flap.
2. Slide your device into the protective foam insert so that it's securely seated into the molded area.
3. Fold the flap back down and place your charger and charging cable in the designated tray compartment.
4. Carefully close the lid of the retrieval box, ensuring that all contents fit snugly and the foam insert is fully enclosed.
5. Use the included strips of packing tape to securely seal the box along the top seam. Make sure all edges are properly closed and reinforced.
Step 3: Attach the prepaid label
1. Place the prepaid UPS shipping label over any previous shipping label, ensuring it is fully covered.
2. Double-check to ensure the label is securely attached.
Step 4: Drop off your retrieval kit
1. Locate your nearest UPS location: Find UPS Locations
2. Drop the package off.
3. Request a drop-off receipt for your records.
