Equipment Retrieval Services
What are retrievals?
Retrievals are services where we collect laptops, tablets, and mobile devices from a specified location and either store them at one of our facilities or deliver them to an address of your choice. We offer several retrieval options to meet your specific needs.
Important: For retrievals with delivery to a non-allwhere address, both the pickup and delivery locations must be within the same country (US to US or Canada to Canada). For all other international locations, retrieved equipment must be delivered to an allwhere storage facility.
Retrieval to allwhere Storage
Our most popular retrieval service. We collect your laptop, tablet, or mobile device from the specified location and deliver it to one of our secure storage facilities. Once there, we intake the device and hold it until you're ready to redeploy it.
Drop Retrieval
Similar to our standard retrieval service, but instead of storing the device at our facility, we ship it directly to an address of your choice. Drop retrievals are available for US-to-US or Canada-to-Canada shipments only.
Bulk Retrieval
Designed for retrieving multiple devices from a single location. We provide specialized packaging tailored to the number of devices and your specific requirements.
Mass Retrieval
Perfect for collecting multiple devices from multiple locations simultaneously. This streamlined service handles company-wide equipment collection efficiently, so you do not have to place each retrieval kit order individually.
Equipment Procurement
Can I procure new equipment through allwhere?
Absolutely! We source from vendors around the world to deliver the equipment your employees need right to their door. Check our country availability list to see where we can ship.
What items can I procure?

What are kits?
Kits are an efficient way to provide employees with all necessary equipment in one package. Work with your customer success manager or sales representative to build preset bundles of items your company offers. Yes! During the retrieval checkout process, simply select an allwhere depot as the final destination, and we'll securely store your items for as long as needed.
