Scaling Our Global Reach

We're on a mission to bring allwhere to every corner of the globe. To get there faster, we launch new markets in "Beta"—working closely with local partners to build out operational capabilities, fine-tune logistics, and perfect the experience for your team.

While we are officially live in these regions, we're still polishing the nuances of the local landscape. Consider this page your live guide to where we're growing next—check back regularly as we continue to expand our footprint!


🇨🇦 New — Canada Depot Services Are Live!

We're excited to announce that our Canada depot is now operational! This is a big step in expanding allwhere's North American coverage. Services are currently in beta as we optimize fulfillment processes and carrier partnerships. See full details below.


What does "Beta" mean at allwhere?

Beta regions are areas where our operations are live and active, but still scaling. While we are committed to a high-quality experience, these locations are in the final stages of being fully optimized to our global standard. When ordering in a Beta region, here is what you can expect:

Lead Times & Fulfillment
Standard lead times have not yet been fully established in all beta regions. Order fulfillment timelines may vary as vendor networks continue to expand and stabilize.
Device Management
Automated ABM or MDM enrollment is not available in all regions. Some locations support hardware hash extraction for manual enrollment, which may extend overall fulfillment timelines.
Communication & Time Zones
Our operations teams are based in EST. For regions with significant time zone differences, support and quoting activity aligns with our core business hours.
Order Tracking
Tracking visibility depends on carrier capabilities and may not always provide real-time updates. Orders may remain in "In Fulfillment" until delivery is confirmed.

Shipping & SLAs

We've partnered with Purolator as our carrier for Canadian operations. Both standard and expedited shipping options are available.

Ground Shipping
4–6 business days to most Canadian addresses. Transit times may vary for remote and northern postal codes.
Expedited Shipping
1–3 business days to most Canadian addresses. Transit times may vary for remote and northern postal codes.


Coverage & Limitations

Delivery availability is determined by postal code. Major metropolitan and suburban areas are fully covered, however some regions may fall outside of standard service areas.

Remote & Northern Territories
Certain postal codes—particularly in northern territories and remote areas—may be outside of Purolator's standard service areas. Orders shipping to these locations may experience longer lead times. To check whether a specific postal code is within Purolator's service area, use their shipping estimate tool to verify coverage and estimated transit times.


Pricing

Fixed, established pricing is now available for Canada depot services. Prices on our pricing sheet are listed in USD. Orders shipping to Canadian addresses will be charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) at the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase. For full pricing details, see our Pricing Guide.


Europe 28 regions

EU member states route through our allwhere storage depots in Spain and Ireland, with UPS as our primary carrier for depot services. Devices can be purchased via Buy & Hold (Procurement to Depot) and stored until deployed to any EU member state on demand. Procurement (to recipient) ships directly to the employee—carrier may vary by vendor.
