What to expect in a Beta region
Here's how ordering works while we finish building out local operations.
Standard lead times have not been fully established in every Beta region, so timelines may vary as vendor networks expand and stabilize.
Automated Apple Business Manager or MDM enrollment isn't available in every Beta region. Where it isn't, supported locations can extract the hardware hash so you can enroll manually — this adds a step to configuration and can extend fulfillment timelines.
Our operations teams are based in EST. Where the time-zone gap is wide, support and quoting align with our core business hours, so replies may land the next business day.
Tracking visibility depends on local carrier capability and may not be real time. Orders can stay in In fulfillment until delivery is confirmed, even when the shipment is already moving.
Local vendor catalogs are still growing, so some models, configurations, or accessories may not be stocked in region. We'll recommend the closest available option if the requested item is not available.
Orders that cross a border may be subject to local import requirements, duties, and taxes. We prepare and file the paperwork, but clearance timelines are set by local authorities and can add days to an otherwise on-schedule delivery.

EU member states route through our allwhere depots in Spain and Ireland, with UPS as the primary carrier for depot services. Devices can be purchased via Buy & hold and stored until deployed to any member state on demand. Procurement ships directly to the employee — carrier may vary by vendor.
