The Order Dashboard is your centralized hub for tracking the status and details of all orders—past and present. This powerful tool ensures HR, IT, and Operations teams stay aligned on the items being sent to new joiners or retrieved from leavers.
What You Can Do in the Order Dashboard
The Order Dashboard provides three main views to help you manage orders efficiently:
- Orders - View all orders in one place
- Retrievals - Track all equipment retrieval orders
- Follow-up Required - See orders awaiting recipient action (such as completing an address form or returning an item). Orders appear here after 48 hours of inactivity. Don't worry—we continue sending automated reminders to employees during this time.
Understanding Order Details
Each order displays its current status so you can track progress at a glance. For more information about what each status means, check out our Order Status Definitions.
To view full order details: Click on any order to expand it and see:
- Individual line items
- Serial numbers
- Tracking information
- Click through to tracking details to see real-time shipment updates.
Canceling or Modifying an Order
Need to cancel or change an order? Please contact our support team at hello@allwhere.co. We'll help you with the best available options based on the order's current stage.
Please note: Once an order reaches "In Fulfillment" status, cancellations or modifications are best effort only.
Tracking Information
