The homepage shows what needs your attention across employees, orders and devices the moment you sign in. Instead of checking each dashboard, you start from one prioritized list and jump straight to the filtered view that resolves it.

Action Required
Every row counts records that are waiting on you. Rows with nothing to act on are hidden.
| Row | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Employees starting soon without orders | Everyone on your Starting soon list who has no order for their start yet. The detail line names the earliest start, including starts that have already passed |
| In exception | Orders in Exception status. The detail line shows the oldest one |
| Pending recipient response over 24h | Deployment and Procurement to Recipient orders that have been in Pending Recipient Information status for more than 24 hours |
| Recently expired | Orders that expired in the last 10 days while waiting on recipient information or a return |
| Stale retrievals | Retrievals created more than 15 days ago that are not yet In Return or Complete. Shipped retrievals still count |
| Devices locked or with issues | Devices that are activation, BIOS, recovery or MDM locked, or In Inventory with a device issue. The detail line breaks out only activation, MDM and device issue, so it can add up to less than the count |
- To work a row, click its button. The Employees, Orders or Assets page opens already filtered to the records that row counts
People in Motion
In order to make sure new hires have equipment before they start, and departing employees return theirs, this card summarizes your Starting soon and Leaving employees. Who appears on each tab follows the same rules as the Employees page. To learn more about the Employees page click here.
What the tiles count
- Without orders and No retrieval – employees with no order covering their start or end date
- Orders in progress – on Starting soon, employees whose order has not shipped yet. On Leaving, employees whose devices are not yet on their way back
- Delivered – employees whose order has shipped and is expected to arrive by their start date
- Recovered – devices, not employees, returned across all your organization’s retrievals to date, not only from employees on the Leaving tab
- Every tile except Recovered is shown out of the total employees on that tab
Taking action from the card
- The list shows up to three employees who still have no order, soonest date first. A date in red means the employee is at risk
- To order for an employee, click Send Equipment. The flow opens with that employee and their country already filled in
- To retrieve from a departing employee, click Retrieve Equipment. The flow opens with that employee and their assigned devices already filled in
- To see the employees behind a number, click its tile. The Employees page opens on that tab, filtered
If you have not connected an HR system and nobody is starting or leaving, the card offers to connect one instead. Employees added without an HR system still appear here.
Ready to Deploy
This card shows the devices in your depots that you can send right away.
- Only devices with In Inventory status are counted
- Depots that offer Buy & Hold are listed, most stocked first
- Low stock means a depot has 1 to 4 devices left
- To restock a depot, click Buy & Hold
- To see a depot’s devices, click its row. The Assets page opens filtered to that depot
Integrations
- Your HR system always appears. If you have not connected a device management tool, Jamf Pro, Iru and Microsoft Intune appear so you can connect one. Once one is connected, only connected tools are listed
- Not synced in 24h – the last sync was more than 24 hours ago
- Relink needed or Setup incomplete – your HR connection needs to be reconnected or finished. To fix it, click Connect
- Only Primary Admins can connect integrations. For Secondary Admins, Connect is disabled
