Q: What are the definitions of the various order statuses?
- Processing = Order has been placed; allwhere team actioning next steps
- Pending Recipient info = Recipient form has been sent to collect required information; allwhere team awaiting response from recipient
- In Fulfillment = allwhere has received all required information from recipient; allwhere team actively fulfilling order with logistics partners and vendors
- Shipped = All items and shipments within the order have been scanned by the carrier and are in transit
- (Retrieval) Pending Return = Retrieval kit has been delivered; awaiting recipient to ship equipment back to final destination
- (Retrieval) In Return = Retrieval kit has been shipped to the final destination.
- (Procurement/Deployment) Complete = All items and shipments within the order have been delivered to the final destination.
- (Retrieval) Complete = Retrieval kit has been delivered to final destination
- Pending Admin Approval = allwhere requires company admin to provide approval to process the order; an allwhere team member will reach out for approval
- Canceled = Order has been canceled as per approval from company admin
- Exception = Logistics issue delaying order fulfillment; allwhere actively working to address issue and complete order
- Expired - No Recipient Information = Recipient did not respond to ongoing requests for contact information for over 30 days; no shipments have been initiated
- Expired - No Recipient Return = Recipient received retrieval kits, but has not initiated a return and has not responded to ongoing requests for over 30 days
