Processing - Your order has been successfully placed and our team is beginning the fulfillment process. We're reviewing the order details and preparing to take the necessary next steps.
- Pending Recipient Info - We've sent a recipient address form to collect the details needed to complete your order. We're currently waiting for the recipient to provide this information before proceeding.
- Pending Admin Approval - This order requires approval from a company administrator before we can proceed. An allwhere team member will reach out to the appropriate admin to secure approval.
- In Fulfillment - We've received all required recipient information and are actively working with our logistics partners and vendors to fulfill your order.
- Shipped - All items in your order have been picked up by the carrier and are currently in transit to their destination. You should have received tracking information for each shipment.
- Pending Return (Retrieval Kits Only) - The retrieval kit has been delivered to the recipient. We're now waiting for them to pack and ship the equipment back using the provided materials.
- In Return (Retrieval Kits Only) - The recipient has shipped the retrieval kit, and it's currently in transit to its final destination.
- Complete (Procurement & Deployments) - All items and shipments within your order have been successfully delivered to the final destination.
- Complete (Retrieval Kits) The retrieval kit has been successfully delivered to the final destination and the return process is complete.
- Exception - We've encountered a logistics issue that is temporarily delaying your order. Our team is actively working to resolve this matter and complete your order as quickly as possible.
- Canceled - This order has been canceled following approval from a company administrator. Alternatively, the request was not within our scope of services, and we sent the purchasing admin a cancellation confirmation email.
- Expired - No Recipient Information - The recipient did not respond to multiple requests for contact information over a period of more than 30 days. No shipments were initiated for this order.
- Expired - No Recipient Return - The recipient received retrieval kits but did not initiate the return within the 30 days they has the kit despite multiple follow-up requests over a period of more than 30 days.
