- Allocated - Your device has been assigned to a user and is currently in use.
- Pending Allocation - The device has been reserved for an upcoming deployment order and will be assigned soon.
- In Inventory - The device is available and ready to be deployed. From this status, we can assign, resell, or recycle the device.
- In Inventory - Device Issue - The device has been flagged as damaged or having technical issues. We can either repair or recycle devices with this status.
- Hold - The device has been placed on hold as requested by your organization. To remove a device from hold, a Process order must be placed from the Asset Dashboard.
- Processing Device - The device is going through our intake process, which includes data sanitization, erasure, OS installation, quality checks, and preparation for its next stage.
- Pending Retrieval - A retrieval order has been created for this device, and we're awaiting its return to our facility.
- Activation Locked - Your device is locked by a previous user's Apple ID account. To resolve this, the previous user or an admin will need to remove the device from their Apple ID. Unfortunately, we cannot bypass this type of lock. More information can be found here.
- MDM Locked - The device is locked by your company's Mobile Device Management (MDM) software and requires a PIN to unlock. You can provide the PIN through a Process order if you'd like us to process the device.
- Recovery Locked - The device is locked by a recovery key (also known as FileVault lock on Mac devices). We'll need the recovery key from your team to unlock the device. You can provide the PIN through a Process order if you'd like us to process the device.
- Pending Repair - The device is currently in our repair queue and work is underway.
- Quote In Progress - We're actively generating a quote for this device, either for resale value or repair costs.
- Pending Quote Approval - We're waiting for approval on a quote we've provided—either for device resale or repair services.
- Pending Sale - The device has been designated for resale and we're preparing a quote for your review.
- Sold - The device has been successfully sold.
- Pending Recycle - The device is scheduled to be shipped to our recycling partner.
- Pending Certificate - The device has been actioned for recycling and is awaiting a Certificate of Destruction, which documents that the device has been properly destroyed.
