allwhere’s asset dash is a powerful tool for admins to quickly and easily see all items they have on hand as well as previously allocated, recycled, resold, etc…
What can you do in the Asset Dashboard?
Here are the main items you can do in the asset dashboard:

View and filter assets to see what you have on hand at allwhere depot(s) and assets you have allocated from allwhere

Action devices for repair, resale, recycle, or processing

Allocate (deploy) devices

View your current merchandise (swag) inventory stored with allwhere (US only)

Download a CSV of your assets or merchandise
View, filter, and see details of devices in the Asset Dashboard
Use allwhere’s asset dashboard to quickly look through your inventory. Click on a filter and/or sort by the columns. You can also use the top bar to search by particular identifiers. To see all details of an asset such as order history, assignee, and more you can click on the arrow to view an asset’s detail page.
Action devices in the Asset Dashboard
In your allwhere Asset Dash, you can directly action items that are stored in an allwhere depot.
Select the device by clicking on it and you will see applicable actions become active in the top right hand corner of the asset dashboard (please note that at this time you can only select one device at a time). The following actions will be available depending on the device’s status:

Recycle - a device will be responsibly recycled with a Certificate of Destruction provided (not currently available in LATAM). See more about recycling with allwhere in this knowledge base article.

Resell - a device will be resold and your organization will receive credit for the resale price. Once the resell request is submitted, allwhere will obtain a quote and send it to your organization’s admin for approval before proceeding with the sale. Repair - for any damaged device, you can request a repair. Once the repair request is submitted, allwhere will obtain a quote and send it to your organization’s admin before proceeding with the repair. allwhere repairs items with authorized providers who honor device warranties.

Process - will process any device from a HOLD status. Process means to undergo allwhere’s intake process and the device will sanitized, inspected, and all data will be wiped from the device.
Allocate (send) devices in the Asset Dashboard
To send equipment, you will first need to make sure the employee(s) are added to your employee list.

In the Asset Dash, filter by “Status > In Inventory” or by “Depot” > ”(Desired Depot location)” to pull up your list of items in the depot

You can further refine your filters or search by serial

Select the asset you want to deploy/allocate (you can currently only select one item at a time)

Click the “Assign Device” icon
from the top right hand options

Select your assignee, insurance coverage, and shipping method

Hit “assign” on the top right hand corner once you are ready to place the order
