Sending Equipment
For new hires, equipment replacements, or refreshes, your employees will receive automated email communications and have access to our support team throughout the process.
What to expect:
- Your employee will receive an email requesting their preferred shipping address and, if applicable, asking them to make their equipment selections (unless you've already provided this information during order placement)
- We'll send reminders every 48 hours until they complete the address form (and selections, if applicable)
- Once submitted, they'll receive confirmation, tracking information, and delivery confirmation via email
- For any issues with tracking or receiving their package, employees can contact us at hello@allwhere.co
Retrieving Equipment
Whether you need equipment returned due to an employee departure or a device upgrade, your employees will receive automated email communications and have access to our support team throughout the process.
What to expect:
- Once you submit the retrieval kit order, we'll send your employee an email requesting their current address (unless you've already provided this information during order placement).
- We'll send reminders every 48 hours until they complete the address form
- Once submitted, they'll receive confirmation, tracking information, and delivery confirmation for their retrieval kit
- When the retrieval kit arrives, they'll receive instructions and all necessary materials to prepare their equipment for return
- We'll send reminder emails every 48 hours until the return label has been scanned by the carrier
- For any issues with tracking or receiving their retrieval kit, employees can contact us at hello@allwhere.co
