Retrieval Experience by Region
The recipient's retrieval experience is determined by which depot will receive the returned device. Select a region below to view the full process.
United States
- Recipients receive email updates with tracking information throughout the process
- Retrieval Kit is delivered directly to the recipient's address
- Recipients pack the device and return it directly to the carrier
- Tracking is available in the allwhere portal and sent via email upon shipment
Canada
- Recipients receive email updates with tracking information throughout the process
- Retrieval Kit is shipped to the recipient's address via Purolator
- Recipients pack the device and return it directly to Purolator
- Tracking is available in the allwhere portal and sent via email upon shipment
European Union
- Recipients receive email updates with tracking information throughout the process
- Carriers commonly leave a notice for recipients to collect their Retrieval Kit at the nearest UPS/MBE location (address details provided)
- Recipients pack the device and return it directly to the carrier
- Tracking is available in the allwhere portal and sent via email upon shipment
United Kingdom
- Courier contacts the recipient via email and/or text to schedule a preferred pickup day and time
- Courier arrives with packing materials and collects the device on-site
- If a pickup is rescheduled or missed, new tracking is automatically created and updated
- Tracking is available in the allwhere portal and sent via email upon shipment
Latin America
Serviced areas: Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru
- Our regional team contacts the recipient via WhatsApp to confirm their shipping address and verify the status of the device
- Recipients are provided with a prepaid shipping label — packing materials are not included
- Courier collects the device at the scheduled appointment
- Tracking is not available for Latin America retrievals
- The allwhere order will remain in "In Fulfillment" status during the retrieval process
