The allwhere Help Center is your central hub for everything related to allwhere Support. From a single dashboard, you can submit new requests, reply to existing tickets, and track the status of every conversation you have with our team — including tickets submitted across your organization.

Simply enter your credentials to sign in. Please
note that your allwhere Help Center account is separate
from your allwhere portal login — these are different
platforms with different credentials.

Don't Have an Account Yet?
Click the Sign up link on the sign-in
page. We recommend signing up with your
work email address, as this links
your account to your company and ensures you have
access to the right resources.

Submitting & Viewing Your Support Requests
From the My Requests page, you can manage tickets you've submitted to the allwhere Support Team — no need to dig through email threads.
What You Can Do
| Action | Description |

| Submit a New Request | Open a new support ticket directly through the Help Center |
| View Request Status | See the current status of each request (open, pending, solved, etc.) |
| Track Updates | Follow updates and responses from our team in real time |
| Reply to Tickets | Add comments or replies directly to an existing ticket without needing to go back to email |
| Filter & Search | Filter by status (Open, Pending, Solved, Closed) or use the search bar to find specific tickets |
Organization-Wide Ticket Visibility
By default, you'll only see the tickets that you've personally submitted or been CC'd on. With organization-wide access, you'll have full visibility into tickets submitted across your company.
How to Request Organization-Wide Access
- Email us at hello@allwhere.co to request access.
- We'll configure your organization on our end.
- You'll be able to see tickets submitted by your organization — not just your own.
Understanding Ticket Visibility
| Access Level | What You Can See |
|---|---|
| Default | Tickets you've submitted or been CC'd on, ticket number and status, and the full conversation for each of your tickets |
| Organization-Wide | Every ticket submitted by anyone in your organization, including ticket number, status, and the full conversation |
