Fleet Health
Know where your fleet needs attention
Start with Fleet Health for an overview of devices in use and in inventory. Review lifecycle policy and warranty coverage, including devices with unknown status, then compare allocated devices with inventory waiting for its next step.
Policy and warranty coverage sit alongside separate health summaries for devices in use and devices in inventory.
Recommended Actions
Move from the overview to the decisions that need your attention:
- Lifecycle plans: open a saved plan to review pending assets and upcoming replacement decisions.
- Repair or recycle: review inventory devices with reported issues and choose the appropriate next step.
- Ready for resale: explore inventory opportunities and request a quote where appropriate.

Fleet Analysis
Understand what is in your fleet
Explore your device mix, age, operational status, and condition. Use filters to focus on a particular part of your fleet.
- View composition by device type, make, model, region, or group.
- Explore age distribution using purchase dates, warranty expiration, or release dates.
- Review similar hardware in Asset Groups or switch to the Asset list for individual devices.

Refresh Plans
Review replacements individually or in bulk
Open a saved refresh plan and select a quarter to focus on upcoming replacements. Review estimated costs and choose how each device should be handled.
- Select devices: use the row checkboxes to select multiple assets and open the bulk-edit toolbar.
- Confirm disposition: choose what happens to each old device, such as resale, recycling, or retrieval.
- Select replacement models: choose the replacement configuration for each device, or use the bulk controls to apply the same choice to selected devices.
- Confirm your review: mark devices Ready when their choices are complete, or Deferred when they need further discussion.
You can also edit devices individually. Review the selected devices and their choices before requesting a quote.
Select multiple devices to use the bulk-edit toolbar. Confirm what happens to the old devices, choose replacement models, and mark reviewed devices Ready or Deferred.
Repair / Recycle
Decide the next step for devices with issues
Review inventory devices flagged with an issue. Device assessments, age, warranty information, and depot details provide context for your decision.
- Review the recorded assessment and warranty information.
- Confirm or change the recommended disposition to Request repair or Request recycle.
- Select the devices to include, then submit the disposition request. Use the Submitted tab to review requests already sent.

Resale Opportunities
Review opportunities and follow submitted decisions
Review inventory devices identified as resale opportunities. Check their age, lifecycle status, warranty, condition, and estimated resale value where available.
- Choose a resale quote request or recycling for the devices you review.
- Use Needs review to find devices awaiting a decision and Submitted to review requests already sent.
- Where Undo request is available, use it to cancel the submitted request and return its devices for review.

Costs and resale values are estimates where shown. Submitting a request starts the next step with allwhere; it does not mean the service has been completed.
