When do I submit a claim?
If you purchased insurance for an order and an item was damaged or lost, you can submit a claim to request an insurance credit. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date to qualify. If insurance was not selected at checkout, the claim will be denied.
How do I submit a claim?
Use this claim form to begin the process with our Support Team. Supporting documentation and photos (when applicable) are required before a claim can be processed. The form will ask for:
- The allwhere order number
- Recipient information
- Item description and quantities
- Value of items damaged/lost
- Supporting documentation such as receipts and/or photos
- Package tracking information
How long does the claim process take?
Once we receive your completed claim form and documentation, processing typically takes 5–10 business days. If additional information is required, the review may take longer. You will be notified of the outcome by the allwhere Support Team.
Receiving Credit for a Claim:
If your claim is approved, reimbursement will be issued as a credit to your allwhere account. The credit will be the lesser of:
- The Fair Market Value of the item(s), or
- The insurance amount selected at checkout
Documentation Requirements:
Damage Claims must include:
- A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
- A photo of each side of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging material used

A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number
- UPS tracking numbers begin with 1Z
- FedEx tracking numbers follow TRK# or Tracking #
- Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
- (If available) a close-up of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)
Loss Claims must include as much supporting detail as possible (tracking numbers, receipts, item specifications).
Important Disclosures:
If exact specifications for lost or damaged items are not available, allwhere will use the minimum specifications for that item type to determine Fair Market Value.
