allwhere makes ordering equipment fast and easy. We launch your catalog with predefined, popular items, but we can work with you to customize and add items your organization regularly sends to employees.
Please note: You cannot add items to your cart directly from "Your Catalog." The catalog is for browsing only. To send something from the catalog, navigate to the "Send Equipment" option.
Requesting New Equipment
To submit a request for new equipment, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the allwhere portal
- Navigate to the Your Catalog tab
- Click the + Request New Item button located at the top right corner of the screen
- Complete and submit the form with the necessary item details
Once your request is submitted, our Operations team will review it and follow up via email as soon as the item has been added to your catalog. If we're unable to procure the requested item, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.
allwhere Kits
A kit is a collection of items you typically send to your employees. These are often grouped by role or department and can include predetermined items or offer employees a selection of options. Kits are the most popular way our clients use the catalog—they're a great way to save time and introduce employee choice.
Examples of kits:
- Laptop (choice of Mac or Windows), Monitor (choice of 24" or 27", or none), Mouse or Trackpad (or none), Keyboard (or none)
- Laptop, Headset, Webcam, Mouse, Keyboard, Swag Package
- Laptop with choice of Mouse and Keyboard
Employee Interaction with Kits
When you submit an order for a kit that includes options for your employee to select, your employee will receive an email asking them to make their selections and submit them to allwhere. Once they've made their choices, we'll build the order based on their selections and get the items to your employee while keeping you updated along the way with order notifications.
