allwhere works directly with Apple, Dell, Lenovo, and their authorized service providers to validate
warranty coverage and coordinate repairs on your behalf. This page walks through the warranty and
protection options that may apply to your devices, however they were manufactured, and how the
repair process works within allwhere.
HOW
How allwhere Manages Manufacturer Repairs
Once a device is received and a repair order is placed, the process is the same regardless of
manufacturer:
| • | We check the device's warranty status and applicable coverage with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) — Apple, Dell, or Lenovo. |
| • | We determine whether the reported issue qualifies for standard warranty or accidental damage coverage. |
| • | If covered, we open and manage the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer or an authorized service provider. |
| • | If the repair isn't covered, we generate a repair quote for your approval. |
allwhere manages this process end-to-end to make sure repairs follow each manufacturer's requirements,
and the device is returned to inventory once everything's complete.

Accidental Damage & Service Fees
AppleCare+ Service Fees (Mac)
If a Mac is covered under AppleCare+, accidental damage repairs fall into one of two service tiers,
depending on how extensive the damage is.
Tier 1 — Accidental Damage Service Event
$99
Applies when damage is limited and doesn't reach internal components, for example:
| • | Screen-only damage |
| • | External enclosure-only damage, with no internal or structural impact |
Tier 2 — Accidental Damage Service Event
$299
Applies to all other forms of accidental damage, including:
| • | Liquid damage |
| • | Logic board or internal component damage |
| • | Structural enclosure damage that affects functionality |
| • | Any damage scenario that doesn't qualify under Tier 1 |
Dell & Lenovo Accidental Damage Coverage
Dell ProSupport Plus and Lenovo Premier Support Plus include protection for qualifying accidental
damage, such as drops, liquid spills, electrical surges, and accidental screen damage.
Accidental damage coverage generally doesn't include theft, loss, intentional damage, normal wear and
tear, or cosmetic damage that doesn't affect device functionality. Exact coverage is determined by
the manufacturer's terms and the protection plan attached to the device.
