We’ve enhanced the Orders Dashboard to give you more visibility into your shipments—and clarified what to expect for orders that don’t involve shipping. All delivery dates are best estimates provided by the carrier.
Estimated Delivery in the Orders Dashboard
You’ll now see a dedicated Estimated Delivery column in your main Orders table, designed to give you a quick view of when your items are expected to arrive:
-
For shippable orders, if your order contains one or more shippable items, you’ll see the earliest estimated delivery date.
-
If your order has multiple items, you’ll see the first delivery date followed by the number of additional items (e.g., Apr 10 + 2).
-
If all items in the order are delivered, a checkmark appears next to the date—or on its own if the delivery date isn’t available.
Expanded Order View
When you expand an order, you’ll see a detailed table of its items, with different experiences depending on the order type:
-
For shippable orders, each item displays: Order Item Number, Tracking Number, Title, Serial Number, Carrier, Shipment Status, and Estimated Delivery.
-
For non-shippable orders (repair, recycle, resell, process), you’ll see only: Order Item Number, Title, Serial Number, and Asset Number.
Delivery Date Indicators
We’ve introduced clear formatting rules for delivery status:
-
A checkmark with a date indicates delivery is complete and confirmed.
-
A checkmark alone means the delivery is complete but no date is available.
-
"Pending" indicates tracking exists but no delivery date has been provided.
-
A dash (–) indicates no tracking data is available.
Order Details Page
These improvements are also reflected in the Order Details view:
-
The Order Items table now uses the same layout and structure as the dashboard.
-
For shippable orders, you’ll see full shipment info and a new Asset Number column, which links to the asset detail page. The Estimated Delivery field is also displayed in the Allwhere Info section.
-
For non-shippable orders, the table displays only: Order Item Number, Title, Serial Number, and Asset Number.
-
We've removed the outdated “Source” field to keep the view streamlined and relevant.
These updates bring clarity, consistency, and better visibility to your orders—no matter what kind of service you're using.
