- Added an Asset Tag field to assets, editable from the Assets and Asset Management views and shown on the asset detail page.
- Asset filter dropdowns now return the complete set of available values instead of a sample, so Make and other filters no longer hide matching options.
- Asset tags sync automatically from Kandji and Jamf, appear in asset data exports, and are available on the Customer API asset response.
- The Customer API now accepts PR and DC as valid US state codes.
Fixed
- Added Puerto Rico and Washington, DC to every state and province dropdown, including the recipient address form.
- Checkout no longer shows build-to-order lead-time warnings for items that are already in stock.
- Fixed Customer API deployment orders never reaching the depot — the asset reference was dropped, so the order never synced to the fulfillment partner.
- Fixed Customer API deployment orders saving a blank service country, which blocked downstream fulfillment routing.
- Fixed Customer API retrieval order items discarding options — MDM PINs, activation keys, recovery codes, BIOS passwords, insurance, and known issues now persist as submitted.
- Fixed Customer API retrieval orders being placed on hold at the depot by default, and corrected the assets affected.
- Fixed orders staying in In Fulfillment after all shipments were delivered — status now recalculates correctly on orders with more than 50 shipments or items.
- Orders with an unrecognized carrier status now surface as an exception for review instead of stalling.
