Highlights
- Send Equipment v2 and Buy & Hold v2 are now generally available to all customers. Both flows are rebuilt around country and depot selection so the catalog only shows what can actually ship to (or be stocked in) the chosen location.
New
- Send Equipment v2 — Pick the destination country first, then build a cart of region-shippable products. Three-step Review (Items, Recipients, Shipping) with green-check completion states, per-recipient address requests in-app, real-time delivery estimates, and inline 4–6+ week warnings for Custom-to-Order items.
- Buy & Hold v2 — Depot-first navigation with the catalog filtered to the selected warehouse. Streamlined two-step Review (Items, Processing), resumable URLs so refreshing no longer kicks you back to the start, and an EU Depot label that reflects coverage across 27 EU member states.
- Request New Product — A "Request Product" entry point on both Send Equipment and Buy & Hold opens a short form to ask the allwhere team to add a SKU that isn't yet in the catalog.
Improved
- Improved login reliability for users on Chrome with strict third-party cookie settings — sign-in now uses an allwhere-branded auth domain.
- Faster order routing on large orders — internal payloads have been slimmed down.
