- Fixed an issue where the purchaser received a form confirmation email even when no form was sent to the recipient
- Fixed deployment orders incorrectly triggering the address confirmation form when recipient info was already submitted
- Fixed order confirmation emails not being sent to both recipient and admin when recipient address was provided at order placement
