When to save your filters
If you find yourself frequently reuse the same asset filters to check inventory, prep devices for deployment, and surface devices with issues. Or, wanting to quickly check stock levels of specific devices in different warehouses, Saved Filters enables you to store and quickly re-apply filters on the Assets page, reducing clicks and improving operational speed.
Creating Saved Filters
Create a new view
- Click the + button on the Assets page
- Give your view a unique name (up to 50 characters)
- Click Save and a fresh clone of the All devices view is created
- Apply the filters you want to save
- Click Update to save your filter criteria to the view
Important: Always create the view first, then add filters and update. If you apply filters before creating a view, those filters will not be saved when you click "+ Add".
Hint: If your view "disappears" check the All views dropdown and pin it so that it is readily available.
Create a new view from Clone
- Start with an existing view, (except All)
- Click the three-dot menu, or the Clone icon
- Select Clone to create a copy
- Modify the filter criteria in the duplicated view
- Click Update to save your changes
What Gets Saved
Saved filters capture:
- All active filter conditions on the Assets page
- Your specific filter criteria (status, device types, locations, etc.)
Note: Search terms and sort order are NOT saved - filters focus on repeatable filter configurations only.
Pinning Views
Quick Access with Pins
- Pin up to 5 saved filters for fastest access
- Pinned filters appear as tabs at the top of the Assets page
- Drag and drop to rearrange pinned filters in your preferred order

- Ready to deploy - Assets with "In Inventory" status (can be unpinned/rearranged)
