allwhere is growing! We are excited to announce that we have opened a new warehouse facility to better support your needs and our fast growing customer base.
Why are we doing this transition?
We’re expanding to improve speed, visibility, and service quality. This upgraded facility means:
- Faster fulfillment times and improved visibility into asset inventory, enabling more efficient order tracking and delivery.
- Expanded technical services and asset management capabilities, with additional offerings rolling out in the coming quarters.
This transition is part of our ongoing investment and continued commitment to scale operations, enhance service quality, and support future growth.
Are there any changes I should expect during this transition?
No immediate changes are expected! How you ship, order, or manage assets — your options, timelines, services, pricing, and regions — all remain the same. This transition simply lays the groundwork for faster, smarter service in the future.
Will I have access to my assets?
Yes, though there may be brief periods of limited access as assets are physically transferred to the new facility. In order to minimize downtime, we will be moving assets in waves — each wave is expected to last no longer than 7 business days.
Our goal is to ensure you have access to your assets as quickly as possible and minimize any impact on your day-to-day operations.
Do I need to take any action?
No immediate action is needed! You’ll be notified in advance when your assets are scheduled for transfer, should you need to plan ahead. Our team can work with you to pre-plan deployments or discuss alternatives if you have time-sensitive needs.
How will I know which assets are affected?
All assets will continue to have statuses in the platform that reflect their journey, so you’ll know precisely which assets are available and when they can be actioned. During the transfer, assets in transit will display a “Warehouse Transfer” status.
