allwhere’s mission is to be a full lifecycle partner to our clients by making it easy to manage your existing fleet from anywhere in the world. One feature we are excited to launch is setting up a Lifecycle Policy and it’s very simple to do!
Have a report on the age of your fleet and know when you may need to replace devices
What you need:
- A full device list with serial number and make (that’s it!)
- Your standard Lifecycle (3 years, 4 years, etc…). You don’t know, we can help with that!
We can do even more if you provide:
- Your current standard models and what roles they map to (for budgeting purposes)
- Device assignees and (for an even more detailed plan):
- Their role
- Their region
This is how it works:
- allwhere gets device list (You can get your device list from your MDM, Asset Management System, ITSM, your spreadsheets – whatever works for you.)
- allwhere enriches device list (with your serial numbers and models, we pull the purchase and warranty dates for you!)
- allwhere runs an analysis based on the dataset you provided
- allwhere prepares a report and once completes schedules a call to review
- We go over our findings and share the results with you, including a csv/Google Sheet of the enriched asset data
- If you like what you see, we can get a more specific plan in place to help you execute
What is an allwhere Lifecycle Plan?
Besides the enriched assets and depending on the data we get, we will provide you with a report that has a breakdown of the overall age of your devices, a recommendation for a refresh schedule based on your specific refresh policy, and likely some other insights you may not even be aware of.
