allwhere is made so that finding your organization’s items is fast and easy. We launch your catalog with certain predefined, popular items, but we can work with you to customize and add the items that your organization sends to employees.
**Please note that you cannot add items to your cart from the “Catalog.” The catalog is made for you to browse your catalog. If you would like to send something from the catalog, you will go to the “Send Equipment” option.
To add an item simply navigate to the catalog and click the “request new item” button on the top right. We can usually get something added within 24-48 business hours for you.
Kits
Kits are the most popular way that our clients use the catalog. Kits are a great way to save time and even introduce employee choice.
What is a kit?
A kit is simply a collection of items that you normally send to your employees. Many times these are grouped by role or department. They can be a predetermined selection of items or offer your employee a selection of options.
Here are some examples of kits:

Employees' Interaction with Kits
When you submit an order for a kits and there are options for employees to choose from, your employee will get an email asking them to make selections and submit them to allwhere. Once they make their selections, allwhere will work on getting the items to your employee while keeping you updated automatically.
