You can now preapprove a color swap or extended lead time at checkout to potentially expedite order processing time and avoid back and forth conversations with allwhere.
How it works:
If you select "I approve a color change for an equal specification and price if selected color is unavailable." allwhere will do our best to find a model that matches the spec, price, color and lead time you selected. If we cannot find a match, but can find a model that matches the spec, price, lead time in a different color, we will automatically process your order and you do not need to approve a new quote.
If you select "I approve a lead time of up to 6 weeks for custom or backordered items." allwhere will not reach out with alternative, in stock option(s) for items with an estimated lead time of up to 6 weeks. This is a great option if you are already aware that your device is custom and has a longer lead time and want allwhere to process your order as quickly as possible. If a lead time exceeds 6 weeks, we will always reach out for your approval.
