Simplified Employee Addition During Retrieval

We’ve made it easier to manage employees in retrieval workflows!


What’s New: Users can now add employees directly during retrieval processes. This streamlined approach reduces the steps needed to ensure the right people are linked to each retrieval task.


Enhanced Clarity for Order Exception Statuses

Quickly understand any order issues with improved exception visibility!

What’s New: Exception statuses are now more detailed in the order items tab. When there’s an issue with an order, you’ll see a precise status, making it easier to understand and resolve any issues.

   

  • New Exception Types: Here’s a list of the new exception statuses you might see:
    • Exception: General delivery failure due to shipping issues.
    • Customer moved: Delivery failed as the customer relocated.
    • Customer refused delivery: Recipient refused the package.
    • Delayed (Customs clearance): Held up in customs.
    • Delayed (External factors): Delayed due to unforeseen reasons.
    • Held for payment: Awaiting payment from customer.
    • Incorrect Address: Unable to deliver due to incorrect address.
    • Pick up missed: Package ready for pickup but not collected.
    • Rejected by carrier: Carrier rejected package due to noncompliance.
    • Returning to sender: Package is being returned.
    •  Returned to sender: Successfully returned to sender.
    •  Shipment damage: Package damaged during shipment.
    • Shipment lost: Package lost in transit.
    •  Available for pickup: Package at pickup point, ready for collection.
    •  Failed Attempt: Delivery attempt failed; courier will try again.
    • Addressee not available: Recipient not available.
    • Business Closed: Business closed during delivery attempt.
  • Email Notifications for Exception Statuses: Users will receive email notifications if an order status changes to an exception, ensuring they’re aware of any delays or issues as soon as they occur.
  • Consistent Exception Alerts: We’ve updated the exception indicator color to match other alerts throughout the platform. This change enhances consistency, making it easier to recognize exceptions at a glance.
