Note: These features are currently only available for companies that have synced their HRIS/IDP with allwhere.
Onboarding Notifications
- When allwhere detects an employee in your HRIS/IDP with an upcoming start date we will notify your admins in allwhere of this upcoming onboarding.
- An email will be sent that contains the names and start dates of your new hires, as well as a link to our Catalog to help ensure you get your new employees the equipment they need on day one.
- These emails will be sent at 8am EST and will contain only the employees who have had a change to their start date detected from that previous day
- Employees will be omitted from this list if you have already placed a procurement order for them within the last 30 days
Offboarding Notifications
- When allwhere detects an employee in your HRIS/IDP who has had their employment status change to inactive we will notify your admins in allwhere of this offboarding. Note: Changing the employment status in your system or detecting an end date that occurred within the last 15 days will trigger this notification.
- An email will be sent that contains the names and termination dates of these employees, as well as a link to our retrieval page which will pre-select all employees listed to initiate a streamlined retrieval service.
- These emails will be sent at 8am EST and will only contain the employees who have had a change to their termination date or employment status detected from that previous day
- Employees will be omitted from this list if you already have an open retrieval order for that employee
- A retrieval order is considered open if it is not Complete or Expired
- Employees will be omitted from this list if you already have an open retrieval order for that employee
Error displays for New/Edit Employee modals
- Some users have experienced issues with creating/editing employees due to undisplayed errors. The following errors will now display when made:
- When adding a new employee
- With a duplicate email
- The following error message displays: “Email(s) used must be unique to each employee”
- With an invalid email
- The following error message displays: “Please enter a valid email”
- With a duplicate email
- When editing an employee
- With a duplicate email
- The following error message displays: “Email(s) used must be unique to each employee”
- With an invalid email
- The following error message displays: “Please enter a valid email”
- With missing fields
- The following error message displays: “Please fill out this field”
- With a duplicate email
- When adding a new employee
