Getting Equipment
For new joiners, replacements, and refreshments your team will be communicated to automatically and have access to allwhere’s support team.
Sending/allocating particular items
If you are sending one or multiple items with no choice offered to the employee:
They will receive an email asking for their best shipping address
allwhere will send reminders to give us their address every 48 hours until they fill out our address form
They will then receive confirmation, tracking, and delivery confirmation via email
They can reach out to hello@allwhere.co for any issues with tracking or receiving their package(s)
Kits
If you are sending one or multiple items with choice offered to the employee (kits):
They will recieve an email asking for their best shipping address and for them to make their selections
allwhere will send reminders to give us their address every 48 hours until they fill out our address form
They will then receive confirmation, tracking, and delivery confirmation via email
They can reach out to hello@allwhere.co for any issues with tracking or receiving their package(s)
Retrieving Equipment
Whether you need to get equipment back because of someone exiting or because a new device is being sent, your employee will be communicated to automatically and have access to allwhere’s support team.
Once you submit the retrieval order:
They will receive an email asking for their best shipping address and for them to make their selections (unless you already provided this during the retrieval order placement)
allwhere will send reminders to give us their address every 48 hours until they fill out our address form
They will then receive confirmation, tracking, and delivery confirmation via email for the retrieval kit
Once they receive the retrieval kit, they will have instructions to package their equipment and drop their package off
They can reach out to hello@allwhere.co for any issues with tracking or receiving their package(s)
