allwhere’s Order Dashboard is a helpful tool for admins to quickly and easily see the status and details of current and historical orders. This powerful centralization keeps the status of your new joiners’ or leavers’ physical items in one place so HR, IT, and Ops can all be on the same page.
What can you do in the Order Dashboard?
Here are the main views you have the Order Dashboard:

Orders - All orders

Retrievals - all retrieval orders

Follow up required - any orders that are waiting on a recipient action (waiting for them to fill out an address form and send an item back) will appear hear after 48 hours of no action from the employe (rest assured we are sending them reminders still!)
Order details
You can see order statuses and details to track the progress of your order. Here are more details around our order statuses.
Click an order to expand it and see more details such as the line items, serial numbers, and tracking information. You can click into tracking to see details around the shipment.
Cancel or change an order
To cancel or change an order you will need to reach out to our support team (hello@allwhere.co) as many factors impact what we can do with an order depending on its stage.
