Easily view and sort by column
Edit employee’s name
Edit employee’s email

New table formatting with advanced ability to filter data

Expanded order details view within the order row
Increased performance and speed
Interactive hover descriptions on order statuses
Follow-up Required tab to showcase all Pending Recipient Information and Pending Return orders that have been in this status for over 72 hours
Changes to retrieval services
allwhere is discontinuing retrieval services for certain types of devices. Our retrieval services will now only support the retrieval of laptops, mobile devices, and tablets. Small accessories and certain peripherals will no longer be processed or stored in allwhere storage facilities. See our FAQ for more information.
