What can I expect as an allwhere client?
This outage will only affect clients who are currently storing at the US allwhere storage depot.
During the upgrade period of March 27th through April 28th, customers may experience a temporary disruption in the ability to deploy assets.
All assets will have statuses that reflect their journey in the platform so you will know precisely what assets are available and when you can deploy them.
allwhere can work with you to preplan deployments needed during this time so that you are able to get items to your team.
