Archive Employee:

  • Better manage your employees in our system, removing them from your active list to allow for a cleaner and more accurate employee management experience.


Asset Statuses

  • Introducing a number of new statuses and an additional column to the Asset Dashboard to give increased visibility into the condition and status of your assets. The new “Device Issue” column will better define the condition of your asset if there is damage. Additionally you will now be able to see if a device is MDM or Activation locked. 


Order Type

  • Added an additional column to the Orders Dashboard which will display order type. This will improve the clarity of Orders Dashboard, allowing easy navigation and filtering by order type such as Retrieval, Procurement, Resell, Recycle, Repair, etc.
