Domestic Orders
Processing
After the recipient address as been received by allwhere (via recipient form, or admin entry), all procurement to recipient, retrieval and deployment orders will be processed for shipment the next business day. For items arriving to an allwhere warehouse, processing may take 1-3 business days.
Shipping
For select order types, allwhere offers standard, 2-day and overnight shipping options. Please see costs below. For pass through costs, shipping pricing is set by the vendor selected by allwhere. All costs will be passed through to the purchaser without any additional charge. Please note allwhere will not confirm these prices prior to purchase.

*Please note when purchasing a CTO (Configured-To-Order) devices, the procurement/lead time will be extended. Your Customer Success Manager will be able to provide an accurate timeline. If you consistently send CTO devices to your team, we recommend you work with your CSM to keep some inventory on hand to cut down on lead times.
Buy and Hold
All timelines for buy and holds depend on a number of factors. Please reach out to the allwhere support team for an estimated timeline around your particular buy and hold order.
International Orders
Processing
All orders will begin processing within 24 hours of recipient address form response (if applicable). Order processing and fulfillment time are in business days and vary by region.
Shipping
At this time, expedited shipping is not available for international orders. If you select an expedited shipping option for an international order, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee faster shipping times. Please note that additional fees may apply.
